Your sightseeing flight with Heli Flug - how it all works

For departures from Waldassen and Cheb/Eger, please use our online contact form or call us directly on +49 (0) 9632 / 9210-16 to arrange an appointment that suits you.
Please book an appointment for the other departure locations. We will contact you 2 - 5 days before the date with the exact departure time. If you have any requests, please send us an e-mail in advance to info@heli-flug.com .
Please note that all dates depend on the weather and are therefore subject to change; in the event of a change of date, please provide your contact details so that we can inform you accordingly.

We recommend that you bring sunglasses for the sightseeing flight. Wear flat shoes and comfortable clothing. The helicopter is equipped with heating and ventilation.
We kindly ask you to arrive at the agreed location at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Our ground staff will welcome you and collect your voucher if necessary.
Shortly before take-off, we will guide you to the helicopter and assist you with boarding, strapping in and setting up the headsets.
Before you take off, the pilot or ground crew will explain the route and which sights and scenic features you will see on the flight, depending on the duration of the flight and the local conditions.
Please remain mobile - there may be postponements due to the weather. The pilot has the final say on the realisation of the flight. He assesses the weather, technique and flight route. The flight may be postponed or the route changed for safety reasons.

During the flight, our experienced pilot will provide you with exciting information about the points you fly over and will, of course, be available to answer any questions you may have.
While you are welcome to capture the impressive views with your camera or mobile phone, we also encourage you to take time to enjoy the flight with your own eyes and not just through the camera lens.

The maximum weight for passengers is 110 kg, including clothing.
For safety reasons, the wearing of loose items of clothing (e.g. scarves) is not permitted.
A normal physical condition is required. If you have any physical limitations, please contact us in advance.
Never enter the airfield without our ground crew and always follow the instructions of our staff.
